Objective

To gain knowledge of how humans and the environment interact and how human health, specifically nutrition, is affected by environmental toxins.  I wish to fully understand this connection and use it while working in urban clinics and working to make policy changes in meal plans in public schools, prisons and hospitals nationwide.
